This is not a course that skims the surface.
This is a return.
A return to your instincts.
A return to your story.
A return to the truth that you matter.
Most women were never taught to trust what they feel. They were taught to question it, minimize it, explain it away, or survive around it. Over time, this creates a quiet fracture: you stop listening to yourself. You stop believing yourself. You stop honoring what your body, emotions, and inner knowing are trying to tell you.
This journey is about repairing that fracture — gently, deeply, and with devotion.
Remember Her / The Sovereign Return is a 12-week guided reclamation of self-trust, emotional truth, and sacred worth. You will not be taught how to become someone else. You will be guided to remember who you already are.
Who This Is For
This journey is for women who:
Feel disconnected from their intuition or second-guess themselves constantly
Struggle to trust their gut or honor what they feel
Minimize their experiences or make themselves wrong
Want emotional depth, not surface-level healing
Are ready to go deep instead of wide
Long to feel safe inside themselves
The Purpose
Through this journey, women develop their voice.
They learn to trust and honor themselves.
They hold sacred their wisdom, experiences, emotions, and bodies.
They recognize their worth as something inherent to the feminine — not earned, not proven, not negotiated.
This is about remembering:
I am sacred.
I am allowed to feel.
I am allowed to trust myself.
I matter.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to have my camera on during the online meeting?
Cameras are highly encouraged but not required. The online group is an opportunity for connection and to go deeper in your own understanding and connection to self, held in a safe container with other women. Interaction and involvement will deepen and enhance your overall experience with the program.
Do I have to attend every meeting? What if I need to skip a week?
The online meetings are an important aspect of the program. Not only do they provide community, they also provide an accountability structure to yourself and what you’re creating for your life. It is highly recommended that you attend all 12 sessions. Meetings will be recorded. If a session is missed, the recording will be provided for you to review during the week so can stay on track with the whole group. It is not recommended to miss more than one session. If scheduling conflicts don’t allow for attendance of all sessions, I recommend choosing a course that fits more effectively with your schedule
